1. Your free sales appraisal:
You can book a free sales appraisal with our award-winning team, in person or virtually, at a time and date that suits you. All our appraisal appointments are in line with government guidelines, but if you would like us to take any additional safety precautions, please just let us know.
2. Your free property price report and comparative market analysis:
After we’ve conducted visiting your home or virtually viewing your home, you’ll get a full property price report along with a comparative market analysis report. This will include your properties approximate value, as well as all details discussed as part of your appraisal.
3. Appointing us to sell your property:
If you are happy with our sales appraisal and proposal, you can then instruct us to get your home on the market. During this stage we will run through the advertising options and prepare the marketing campaign for your property.
4. Your property advertising:
Upon instruction, we’ll create your online campaign. We’ll start by taking photos of your property at your photography appointment, we’ll then add floor plans and a well-crafted written description. Your property will then be listed on the following major real-estate websites with local, national, and international exposure: Domain.com.au, Homely.com.au, Homepass Home open website, Homes.com.au, OnTheHouse.com.au, RateMyAgent.com.au, RealEstateView.com.au, Soho App, Realestate.com.au, Premiere Advert for 60 days advanced positioning on the 1st / 2nd Page until sold – Cost to be agreed with selling agent, Reiwa.com.au Feature Advert, Global Property Network (International advertising), Facebook.com/redmondrealty1, Instagram.com/Redmond_Realty, Redmondrealty.com.au, and we’ll get a For Sale board up.
5. Buyer feedback and home opens:
Virtual or in person viewings can be booked by your prospective buyers, and you can control the times you’re happy for them to happen by approving each one with your selling agent, your selling agent will be present for all private appointments and home opens. All viewing appointments are in line with government guidelines, but if you would like us to take any additional safety precautions, please just let us know. After each private appointment and home open, your selling agent will contact you direct to let you know how the viewings went with detailed buyer feedback. We conduct home opens every weekend until the property is sold.
6. Negotiating and accepting an offer:
Your selling agent will be dealing with you direct during contract negotiations in a non-pushy manner when we receive an offer on your property. Once you’ve accepted the offer, our post-sales support team will guide you through the conveyancing process and be on hand to assist with any questions or queries.
