For Desirée Welyky, property has been a personal interest long before it became her profession. Combined with three years in property management and experience owning her own businesses, this gives her a practical understanding of what owners need: honest advice, regular communication and someone who cares about their property as much as they do.
Desirée’s favourite part of property management is getting to know the people behind the properties. She enjoys building relationships, understanding each owner’s goals and helping tenants feel at home. Friendly and down to earth, she brings a thoughtful approach, an eye for detail and a willingness to work through whatever needs attention.

Originally from Norway, Desirée’s connection with Australia began with an adventure here in 2006. She later met her Australian husband back in Norway, and Perth became home. After living in Claremont and Hillarys, she has spent the past nine years in Burns Beach with her husband, son and their Labradoodle. A coastal girl at heart, she is happiest walking her dog, spending time at the beach or enjoying time with her family. She also loves yoga, tennis and admiring beautiful architecture and home design, her interest in property tends to follow her even on her days off!
